Client health snapshot
Your 0–100 score and grade
A score is a moment in time — this is the drift ColdOps catches between your check-ins.
Healthy ≥ 80 · Watch ≥ 55 · At risk < 55 — the same engine, run continuously on live data, so your first sync builds the real snapshot in about 5 minutes.

How the score works
Critical conditions (bounce spikes, blacklistings, spam placement) cost 30 points each; warnings (reply-rate drops, young domains, idle campaigns) cost 10; a quarter or more of mailboxes in an error state costs another 10. Healthy is 80+, watch is 55–79, at risk is below 55. It's deterministic on purpose — every lost point maps to a visible, fixable problem.
The catch with a manual snapshot: it's only true the moment you take it. The conditions above are exactly the failure signs that appear between check-ins— which is why ColdOps computes this score continuously for every client and alerts you when it moves, before the client notices.
