Instantly integration, answered.
Is the Instantly integration read-only?+
By default, yes. ColdOps reads campaign analytics, mailbox status, and account health, and never sends an email from your accounts or touches your sequences. There is one exception, and it is opt-in: auto-fix can pause a campaign, pause a mailbox, or reduce a daily sending limit when an issue you selected fires. It is off until you turn it on, configured per issue type, reversible, and every action is logged. Keys are AES-256 encrypted at rest, never displayed after entry, and destroyed when you disconnect.
What data does ColdOps pull from Instantly?+
Campaigns and their settings and status, daily send/reply/bounce metrics, opportunities, mailbox and warmup status per sending account, and the sending domains behind them. ColdOps then computes health scores, runs its 29 issue checks, and drafts client reports on top of that data.
How do agencies structure multiple Instantly workspaces?+
One API key per client workspace. Each key becomes a client in ColdOps with its own health score, issues, and weekly report. Add as many as your plan allows — the dashboard rolls every client up into one view.
How fresh is the data?+
ColdOps syncs as often as every hour — by plan — and any time you hit Sync now. Every sync re-runs all issue checks, so problems surface the moment a sync sees them.
