ColdOps

Comparison

Per-mailbox pricing, worked all the way through.

Every deliverability tool in this category meters per mailbox or per sending domain — the thing that grows when your agency grows. Below is every published rate we could verify, read on the vendor's own pricing page, run through one agency book of 700 mailboxes and 13 sending domains.

At agency scale this stops being a discount and becomes a different shape.

A linear meter multiplies. A band doesn't. Same book of mail, both billing models:

$3.00$3.00 per mailbox
$2,100$2,100

a month for 700 mailboxes — and more for every mailbox after that.

ColdOps Agency band
$99

a month for 700 mailboxes — and still $99 at 1,100, up to the band's 1,500.

This page is not claiming those vendors overcharge. Each one does real work ColdOps does not do, and each card below says exactly what that work is. The claim is narrower and harder to argue with: their bill is a function of your growth, and ours isn't.

Metered per mailbox

The direct like-for-like: tools that count the same unit ColdOps counts.

Peeker

Per mailbox
Their published price
$3.00 / inbox per month on the 250–1,000 inbox band
At 700 mailboxs
$2,100 a month
ColdOps, same book
$99 a month
What their price buys that ours doesn't

The inboxes themselves — Google or Microsoft mailboxes, provisioned, warmed and automatically replaced when they burn. That is infrastructure you are buying, not a monitoring subscription.

Metered per sending domain

A different product — these read DMARC aggregate reports, which ColdOps does not ingest. They are here because they are the clearest evidence that the whole category meters the thing that grows.

Postmark DMARC Digests

Per sending domain
Their published price
$14.00 a month per domain
At 13 sending domains
$182 a month
ColdOps, same book
$99 a month
What their price buys that ours doesn't

Full DMARC aggregate-report processing: every reporting source that sent as your domain, with 60 days of history. ColdOps checks that a DMARC record exists, parses and enforces — it does not ingest rua reports.

dmarcian

Per sending domain
Their published price
$24/mo up to 2 domains · $240/mo up to 8 · $600/mo up to 15
At 13 sending domains
No published per-unit rate
ColdOps, same book
$99 a month
What their price buys that ours doesn't

DMARC report forensics, SPF/DKIM alignment analysis and a guided path to an enforcing policy, with per-tier message volumes and data history. ColdOps reports the record's state, not the mail flow behind it.

Who isn't on this page, and why.

A comparison that quietly skips the names you expected is a comparison you shouldn't trust. So here they are, with the reason there is no number beside them.

Folderly

Pricing is behind a demo call. Every figure in circulation for Folderly traces back to a review round-up or a sales conversation somebody else had, so there is no number here we could stand behind.

MxToolbox Delivery Center

The price sits behind signup rather than on a public page. We are not going to quote a figure a reader cannot open in a new tab and check against us.

MailReach

Their ladder is published only up to 100 mailboxes — €25 (1–5), €19.50 (6–20), €18 (21–50), €16 (51–100), read 2026-08-23. Past 100 the slider stops and the page says contact us for custom pricing, so at the size of the example below MailReach publishes no rate at all and any figure we printed would be our own arithmetic wearing their name.

Every price on this page was read on 22 August 2026on the vendor's own pricing page, linked from each card. Spot something out of date? Tell us and we'll re-read the page and correct it — or delete the entry.

Questions, answered.

Is this a fair comparison?+

Only in one direction, and the page says so throughout. These products are not interchangeable: MailReach's price includes automated warmup and seed-placement testing, Peeker's includes the Google and Microsoft inboxes themselves, and both DMARC tools process aggregate reports ColdOps does not ingest. ColdOps does none of that. The comparison is about the shape of the meter, not about value for money — theirs is a function of how many mailboxes or domains you run, ours is a flat band. That claim holds whatever each product includes.

Where did these numbers come from?+

Each vendor's own live pricing page, read on 22 August 2026, with the URL printed beside every figure. Nothing here comes from a review round-up, a comparison blog or a sales call. If a page moves or a price changes, the entry gets re-read or deleted — we would rather show three vendors than four with one guess among them.

Why isn't Folderly or MxToolbox on this page?+

Both put their pricing behind a demo or a signup, so every figure in circulation for them is somebody else's estimate. We are not going to print a number a reader cannot open in a new tab and check. If either publishes a public rate, they go on this page the same week.

How does ColdOps pricing actually work?+

One plan in three sizes, priced by the total mailboxes ColdOps watches: 1,500 mailboxes on the Agency band for $99 a month. Client workspaces are unlimited on every band, including free, and there are no per-seat fees. Your bill moves when your book crosses into the next band, not when you win a client. Up to 50 mailboxes watched stay free forever, no card.

Does ColdOps replace these tools?+

For some of what they do, no. ColdOps does not warm up mailboxes, does not run seed-placement tests, does not sell inboxes and does not process DMARC aggregate reports. What it does is watch every client workspace you run across Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison and Apollo, alert you before deliverability costs you replies, and draft the weekly client report. You can run one of these alongside ColdOps — they meter different things because they do different jobs.

Win a client. Keep the same bill.
