ColdOps watches every client's cold email campaigns across Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison, warns the agency before deliverability breaks, and writes the weekly client report. It is read-only. It sells no inboxes, no domains, no warmup and no leads, so there is nothing waiting behind an alert to sell.
Check it before you decide whether it deserves your audience. The live demo is the real product running on a fixture workspace, with no signup and no call.

Monitoring is a different shelf. ColdOps sits on top of whatever they already send with, so recommending it takes nothing away from the sending tool that pays you today.

- 30% of $49, $99 or $249 every month of the first year, then 15% of it for as long as they stay. An agency running a real book of clients is on $99 or $249, not $49.
- Tracking
- A code your reader enters at checkout, carrying a discount we agree with you first.
- What counts
- A paid subscription. Not clicks, not trials, not free accounts.
- Threshold
- $50, or it rolls into the next month.
- Paid
- Monthly, 30 days after the payment clears.
- Method
- PayPal or Wise, in USD.
- Approval
- One business day, by email.
- Changes
- Rates are never cut retroactively. Active partners get 30 days notice by email before anything changes.
We pay for customers, never for opinions.
No commission, credit or free month is ever tied to a review, a rating, a ranking slot or a listing. If you write about ColdOps, use it first and say what is wrong with it. The commission is identical either way, and a bad review will not end a partnership. Fraud, spam, brand bidding and misrepresentation will.
ColdOps is independent of the sending stack because it sells none of it. A partner earning commission from us is not independent of us. That is why disclosure is rule one below, and why there is no certified, official or authorised partner badge.
What this program does not have.
No cookie, no click report, no partner dashboard, no automated payout. Your code is recorded when a subscription is paid, and once a month a person reads the Stripe records, sends the money and emails you the list. ColdOps is early. There is no logo wall on this page and no customer count because we are not going to invent either one. If you would rather wait for real numbers, that is fair, and we will come back when we have them.
The rules.
- Disclose every link, on every page. Required, not optional.
- No self referrals. Your own subscription earns nothing.
- No paid search on our name or brand terms, and no ColdOps trademark in ad copy.
- No unsolicited bulk email. We sell deliverability monitoring. Spamming to promote it ends the partnership that day.
- No impersonation. You are a partner, not staff, and not an official or certified anything.
- A refund or downgrade inside 60 days reverses the commission. The 30 day hold makes that arithmetic.
- Breaking these ends the partnership and voids commission on the accounts involved.
