What happened

All 180 mailboxes on acme-agency.co disconnected and sent nothing for three days.
That domain is also missing a DMARC record, which Google and Yahoo now require.
Verification came back on the '3PL decision makers' list: 6.6% invalid addresses, which lines up with that campaign's 4.5% bounce rate — the list, not the sending setup.

What we did

Paused '3PL decision makers' as soon as the disconnects were detected, so nothing kept sending through broken mailboxes.
Kept 'Ops leaders — Midwest' running on the healthy domain at reduced volume.

The plan for next week

Reconnect the 180 mailboxes and add the DMARC record.
Clean the invalid addresses out of the 3PL list and re-verify it before it sends again.
Resume '3PL decision makers' and bring volume back up in steps.

We'll have this back to full send by the end of next week.
